Every article you cite in a video needs a clean on-screen "evidence card," not a raw browser screenshot full of ads, nav bars and "top stories" rails. This tool takes just the article URL and auto-builds the clean card: publication logo on top, headline, byline, date and the opening paragraphs, on a plain background with everything else stripped out.
It can also bake in a yellow highlight when you hand it an exact quote, the same as running a highlighter over the real page. Five real examples below, each shown as the clean crop and the auto-highlighted variant. The last one is a Quran.com verse, so this works for primary sources too, not just news articles.
Your rule, kept: highlighting stays a human job by default. The automation is opt-in, it only highlights a quote you supply verbatim and never guesses what to emphasize.
